CHARLES AJOLOKO vs. STATE OF FLORIDA – Case Docket: 5D16-***

The Constitution now provides that the Legislature shall divide the State into appellate court districts and that there shall be a district court of appeal (DCA) serving each district.

The purpose of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal is to provide the opportunity for thoughtful review of decisions of lower tribunals by multi-judge panels. District Courts of Appeal correct harmful errors and ensure that decisions are consistent with our rights and liberties. This process contributes to the development, clarity, and consistency of the law.

Charles Ajoloko State Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus was filed with The Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal, which is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Charles and I have faith that the 5DCA will correct all error committed before, during and after the trial consistent with the rights of the U.S. Constitution.

Below is where Charles Ajoloko currently stands on the docket of the 5DCA. We are awaiting the results of the 5DCA decision(s).Oregon Thespians An Educational Theatre Association Affiliate Page
