There were two victims, a lady and a man. There was an attempted robbery made on both. First I want to say that I am sorry that these two individuals had to undergo such a terrible ordeal. I am also sorry that my son also had to experience such a horrible ordeal. He too was a victim but that seemed to get put on the back burner
While I am sympathetic and empathetic all the way arouind, I must continue with the story for one to understand.
Let’s start with the lady. A 911 call was made. On the 911 call, the lady said that the assailant was wearing a mask and a hoodie. She said that she was only able to see his eyes and it appeared that he was wearing glasses. She said that it appeared that he was holding the gun in his left hand, indicating that he was left-handed. She went on to say that she would be unable to recognize the assailant. Her first written report the same thing. In fact, the officer on call that evening noted in his report that the victim said that she would be unable to identify the assailant.
Now let’s go to the 2nd victim. The man said that he would be unable to identify the assailant. I also learned that he did not want to have anything to do with the case.
My son’s assailants were arrested.
